I work with the nervous system at moments of transition…
when something old no longer fits,
and what’s emerging needs steadiness, not force.

My work is rooted in presence, rhythm, and the intelligence of the body.
Rather than fixing or optimizing, we listen for what is already reorganizing and support it to complete- honestly and with care.

Sessions are shaped by what’s here now:
sensations, emotional tone, breath, and the subtle signals that often get missed when life moves too fast. Over time, this kind of attention builds capacity within the body, within relationship, and beyond the room.

This work tends to attract people who are sensitive, perceptive, and already doing some inner listening—those who value depth, discretion, and integrity over performance.

I offer one-on-one work and small containers by invitation and alignment.
